All riders must purchase appropriate travel insurance. A copy of your travel insurance will be required two weeks prior.

Cancellation Policy
Any cancellation of a tour must be received via email and will be effective from the date the notice is received by River to Ridge. When we process a refund the processing fees from the original transaction are not returned to us from the bank, we can not incur this cost every time a refund is processed. As a result we have to subtract 2.5% off of your initial purchase to cover our costs. If you have any questions please let us know.
The following cancellation terms apply:

If you cancel more than 20 days prior to departure a full refund we be supplied

If you cancel between 20 and 10 days prior to departure, a 50% refund will be given.

If you cancel within 10 days of departure, NO refund will be given.
If you fail to meet at the designated starting point of the tour at the prescribed date and time, River to Ridge Tours will treat your reservation as a no show.
